      Customers have up to 14 days from the date of delivery<\/b> to exercise their right to return products and ask for a refund or exchange. Before any refund or exchange can be processed, the customer must fill in the return form via the link below in order to be eligible for return. All goods must be returned by the customer to REISER at their own expense. The items must be returned to REISER by no later than 14 days from the date they have received the parcel.<\/p>

      All returned items must be sent back in their original packaging and in an unused condition. The original purchase price of the goods will be refunded to the customer once REISER receives the goods.<\/p>

      In the case of exchanges, the replacement product will be sent once the returned item has been received by REISER. Damaged, incomplete, or contaminated items sent by the customer will not be accepted, and no refund or exchange will be given.<\/p>
