Our products are made according to the high-quality standards of REISER. Nonetheless, your watch is covered by our limited warranty against any defects in manufacturing; this includes the watch movement, indexes, dial, and hands.

The warranty for a REISER timepiece is valid for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase. Upon expiration of the warranty period, any repairs will be subject to a service charge.

Other parts that are not listed above are not covered by this warranty. If the product is returned during the warranty period, REISER will repair or replace any defective watch or watch-part, at no additional expense, within a reasonable time, after the product is returned. However, the customer may be subject to the costs of shipping the product. 

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage, caused by normal wear and tear and ageing, normal use or changes in colour, to the strap (leather, textile, rubber, metal), the glass (scratches), peeling of the plating, the bezel, the case or any other part not expressly mentioned
  • Defects and damages due to loss, theft, fire, water, or a natural disaster
  • Damage indirectly caused by abnormal use or misuse (non-compliance with the instructions for use) or resulting from carelessness, negligence or accidents (bangs/knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal/glass, etc)
  • Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification
  • Battery, wristband, crown, or crystal/glass

REISER does not honor any warranty claims that are not accompanied by the original documentation. To obtain a repair or replacement under this limited warranty, you must ensure that the authorized retailer, from where the product was purchased, has appropriately filled in the warranty card. 

REISER will not honor any warranty claims for watches purchased from an unauthorized retailer.
